Terms and Conditions
• Scratch cards are only open to persons who are 18 years or over and who normally reside in the EU. • Cards can only be sold in international airspace. • Not eligible to participate: Current/previous employees (and/or their families) of Brandforce Marketing Ltd and Ryanair, including all subsidiaries and affiliates of these companies. Ryanair suppliers, service providers and/or their agents, any other companies/personnel involved in the promotion, distribution, sales, loading or unloading of cards, or with any commercial involvement with Ryanair. • The promoter reserves the right to substitute the prizes offered (such prizes will be of equal or greater value). • Cards will be declared void if found mutilated, misprinted, illegible, forged, altered, reconstructed or tampered with in any way. • The card will be declared void if the ‘Void if removed’ panel has been partially or fully scratched. • You are reminded that any attempted fraudulent use of this card may constitute an offence under the Criminal Justice (Theft and Fraud Offences) Act of 2001 and may lead to prosecution. • The promoter is not responsible for claims lost, damaged or delayed in transit. • The prizes are not transferable and there are no cash alternatives unless stated. • The luxury car manufacturer and model can be specified by the winner providing the promoter can purchase the car from a main dealer for a value not exceeding €40,000 on the road. The cars shown on the card are for illustration purposes only. Car prize will be supplied in either right or left hand drive depending on the winner’s domicile. The winner will be responsible for providing their own insurance.
How to Claim
Free scratch card prizes must be claimed onboard the flight on which you are travelling at the time of purchase of the scratchcards. Claims cannot be processed on subsequent flights or at any other time. To claim all other prizes send your winning card by recorded delivery to Brandforce Marketing, PO Box 11562, Dublin 18, Ireland.
The luxury car manufacturer and model can be specified by the winner providing the promoter can purchase the car from a main dealer for a value not exceeding €40,000 on the road. Major Prize Winner Declaration
As part of the due diligence prior to awarding main prizes and as prescribed by Law, major prize winners are required to confirm that they comply fully with the terms and conditions of the scratch card game. Brandforce Marketing will already have your age and residency details when you claim but you are required to confirm in writing that neither you nor a family member work directly or indirectly for Ryanair or any of its suppliers as determined by the rules of the game and you are required to complete this form before your claim for a prize can be confirmed. Winners must also agree to participate in any subsequent publicity. Entry to the game signifies acceptance of all of these rules. Brandforce Marketing reserves the right to hold or cancel a prize in the event of non-compliance with these rules. The promoter reserves the right to terminate the game at any time. The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
